This software calculates the comparative Cτ (ΔΔCτ) method, and accurately quantify relative gene expression across a large number of samples and genes. The software has been developed by Applied Biosystems, allowing the user to analyze gene expression data on any current Applied Biosystems® qPCR instrument.
